This is one of my favorite projects. Alesca Video Productions is a small video consultancy that specializes in capturing beautiful weddings, Bar Mitzvahs or any special occasion.
On this project, I designed the website to have a visualy stunning look but be easy to use and find information.
Alesca has started writing small articles to help their clients get to know them better and to give a little bit of advice. With WordPress as a the site's content management system. Blogging and article management has been a breeze on their website.
All in all, good IA, semantic markup using CSS, wordpress and a great design has helped Alesca Video get noticed in a short amount of time.
Fat Rat press is a xhtml/css re-design of the original web site that features their printing services. The site includes a comprehensive catalogue of available products, contact information and price lists.
GOGO Worldwide Vacations is Liberty Travel's sister company which caters to travel agents. The redesign involved major site enhancements using AJAX technology, new IA and an updated look to give the aging classic ASP system a second life.

GOGO Receptive Services is a small application for international travel agents, based on GOGO's classic ASP vacation technology. Receptive Services is a small web application using AJAX technology, a super simplified IA with an uncluttered design. Its so easy to use, compared to its big sister site, that its been difficult for GOGO Travel to keep up with vacation package demand. This project is a great example of what good UX and a simple design can do to improve ROI for a company.

A fun project. I was given the duty of designing a couple of different waiting page scenarios. These are a couple of samples from that project.

You wouldn't know it but under the hood NYCDOE site was completely revamped using CSS and webstandards. As part of the web team I designed and helped implement new standards based XHTML templates for the Microsoft CMS system. I've helped in maintaining and also improving on the original site design. I've spearheaded design standards to be used across the site, developed new site navigation to reflect new standards. The web site is always updated with new content, creation of new designs and artwork for sub-pages.
Unfortunately it seems that the website has changed its design dramatically so its present state visually is different, but under the hood it looks like my additions still live on. Viva CSS!
This is the website for the NYCDOE division that I worked for. Using the new html templates that I created for NYCBOE website, this internal web site was redesigned by my coworker. I assisted in production and style sheet creation and maintained artwork as needed.

I redesigned this system to take advantage of new features available on the ArcIMS mapping system. It has replaced the old dynamic mapping system that has been available for more than two years. The GUI is more user friendly and the look is consistent to the NYCDOE web site.
A replacement for the old pop up driving directions, I redesigned it with the purpose of being a standalone application with a more user friendly GUI and a consistent look to the NYCDOE web site.
The initial design was created by the advertising firm Agent 16. Taking their design, I recreated it in html to be plugged to a .Net back end system. Additional animated artwork that wasn't supplied by the design agency was added including a small flash animation.
Unfortunately the design has changed over time. Its present state isn't as bright and shiny as it once was.
A flash based web site for Dr. Sanchez, a New York City Prosthodontist. Wanting to expand his practice to the web. Design emphasis was on a clean, professional look incorporating Flash animation, a portfolio of his work, informational resources and much more. The site is nearing completion.
Dr. Barrillas required a flash based web site that promoted her Orthodontic practice. The design emphasis was on visually representing the practice's professional image with a clean polished look based on pre-existing pamphlets letterheads and business cards.
